Business Development Representative

You will spearhead the acquisition of new Glacier-Digital accounts by establishing and developing relationships with new business prospects.

Job Description

  • Participate in the creation of new marketing programs to reflect our service offerings.
  • Identify business prospects that meet Glacier-Digital's criteria.
  • Identify key decision-makers & initiate contact such as C level management (CIO, CTO, CFO, CEO, COO).
  • Deliver Glacier-Digital capabilities through presentations to new prospects with the ability to speak of Glacier-Digital services and identify opportunities for new engagements.
  • Uncover prospect needs through conversations - develop strategic approaches to respond to specific needs.
  • Build detailed account profiles for all targeted accounts in conjunction with business development, including the specific value proposition.
  • Use Glacier-Digital's criteria to qualify and create new business opportunities with new and existing clientele.
  • Partnership with BD Directors and Client Partners to win business and ensure that qualified prospects move quickly and successfully through the sales process by proactively setting up conference calls, preparing agendas & questions, arranging meetings and driving the qualification process to enhance and speed the closing of the sale.
  • Ensure consistent internal and external communication around prospect opportunities and smooth transitions from prospect to client
  • Collect and track all New BD activity in designated SFA system.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of business experience
Digital Service experience a plus.
